We are searching for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Data Analyst (remote-friendly). You'll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources, transforming it into meaningful insights, and presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and define data analysis projects.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
  • Apply statistical methods and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial and membership data.
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) to effectively communicate data stories.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning initiatives and inform decision-making processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and patterns within the data.
  • Generate reports and presentations that clearly communicate your findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis methodologies.
  • Maintain data quality standards and ensure data security and integrity.
  • Perform other data-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Remote work readiness with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of data analysis principles.
