Summary

We are searching for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Data Analyst (remote-friendly). You'll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources, transforming it into meaningful insights, and presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and define data analysis projects.
Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
Apply statistical methods and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial and membership data.
Develop and implement data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) to effectively communicate data stories.
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning initiatives and inform decision-making processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and patterns within the data.
Generate reports and presentations that clearly communicate your findings to a non-technical audience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis methodologies.
Maintain data quality standards and ensure data security and integrity.
Perform other data-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
Remote work readiness with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of data analysis principles.

Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field. However, we are also open to considering recent graduates with a strong academic background in data science, statistics, or business analytics and a demonstrable interest in the finance sector.
