Summary

As a Sales Executive at Aditya Birla Group, you'll be the face of the company, forging strong relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Aditya Birla Group offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Aditya Birla Group and the client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, contributing to data-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (For freshers, strong academic performance and demonstrably exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be considered).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (For freshers, exceptional performance in internships or sales-related projects can be considered).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently present product features and negotiate win-win deals.
  • A target-oriented and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for Aditya Birla Group's diverse range of products and services is a plus.

Experience

This role is open to both experienced sales professionals and enthusiastic fresh graduates. For experienced individuals, a minimum of 1 year of demonstrably successful sales experience is preferred. However, highly motivated recent graduates with a strong academic background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales will also be considered.
