Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for travel!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Listen attentively to passenger inquiries and concerns regarding bookings, flights, and travel services
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and other travel policies
• Process flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately
• Assist passengers with seat selection, special meals, and other travel requests
• Resolve passenger issues effectively and strive for a positive resolution
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Upsell and cross-sell Air Arabia products and services to enhance the passenger experience (optional)
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role (a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) with a clear and friendly tone
• Active listening skills and the ability to understand passenger needs and concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable navigating various software programs (e.g., reservation systems)
• Positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
