Summary

As an Accounting Consultant at Bandhan Bank, you'll leverage your accounting expertise to provide a comprehensive range of services. You'll analyze financial data, prepare reports, identify areas for improvement, and offer strategic recommendations to enhance our financial health and efficiency. Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of accounting principles will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Identify trends and patterns in financial data to gain insights into the bank's performance.
Recommend strategies to improve financial controls, accounting processes, and cost management.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, such as finance, operations, and risk management.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing (for experienced professionals).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A passion for the financial services industry (preferred).

Experience
