Key Responsibilities

Close out accounting periods and assist with the preparation of financial statements
Maintain accounting records in a secure and organized manner
Generate reports as needed and analyze financial data to identify trends
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role (or relevant coursework for freshers)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP or IFRS)
Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Busy, QuickBooks etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
