  • Customer Service:

    • Accurately understand and resolve customer queries related to mobile recharge, broadband plans, Jio apps, and other services.
    • Provide clear and concise information, following established protocols and procedures.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Account Management:
    • Assist customers with managing their Jio accounts, including bill payments, plan changes, and troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant Jio products and services.
    • Build positive relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty.
  • Performance and Improvement:
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
