  1. Passenger Assistance: Provide courteous and efficient assistance to passengers throughout their travel journey, including check-in, boarding, and arrival processes. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. Handle passenger inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  2. Baggage Handling: Assist passengers with baggage check-in, tracking, and claim processes. Ensure accurate tagging, handling, and delivery of baggage. Resolve baggage-related issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Customer Engagement: Interact with passengers in a friendly and helpful manner, creating a positive and welcoming environment. Proactively engage with passengers to anticipate their needs and provide personalized assistance. Uphold Indigo's brand values by delivering exceptional service at all times.
