Job Summary

The Call Center Representative plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information on Flipkart's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively listening to customer concerns and resolving them efficiently to ensure a positive experience.

  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and satisfaction achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi fluency a plus).
    • Proficient in computer skills, including using a computer, navigating various software programs, and typing with accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
