• Verify customer information through various sources and ensure its accuracy.
• Apply credit risk assessment models and bank policies to determine loan and credit card eligibility.
• Make independent decisions to approve or decline applications based on established criteria.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as loan officers and customers, regarding application status.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit authorization activities.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and bank policies related to credit risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes by identifying and reporting operational inefficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit analysis or a related role (freshers will also be considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
