Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks and manage databases effectively.

  • Provide administrative support to professional staff, including photocopying, faxing, and proofreading documents.
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Administration).
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
