Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules for assigned personnel, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) for efficient organization and retrieval of documents.
  • Create reports and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
  • Process and manage internal paperwork, invoices, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for colleagues if necessary (depending on department).
  • Coordinate communication within the team, handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Experience
