• Social Media Management: Support the management of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Develop engaging and shareable social media content, such as posts, images, and videos. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to gather information and create compelling content that resonates with the target audience. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for search engine visibility.
