Job Summary

The Office Executive will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our branch. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, customer service, and scheduling appointments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to branch staff, including managing schedules, filing documents, and answering phones
  • Process and maintain accurate customer records and data
  • Assist policyholders with inquiries and requests
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Draft and prepare correspondence (letters, emails)
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
