Job Summary

As a Customer Service Executive at Meesho, you'll be the first line of support for our vibrant community of social resellers. You'll address their inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from providing product information and order updates to resolving order-related issues, returns, and refunds. You'll also play a crucial role in gathering valuable customer feedback to help us continuously improve our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Meesho's policies, products, services, and order statuses.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions for future reference.
  • Proactively identify and report recurring customer issues to contribute to platform improvement.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and use it to suggest process optimizations and product enhancements.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for building positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in using computers and common customer service software.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new things quickly.

Experience

This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For freshers, a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service are essential. Experienced candidates with a proven track record of success in customer service roles will be given preference.
