Summary

As a Data Entry Executive at PwC, you'll be responsible for entering and verifying a variety of data into our digital systems. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Your strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and ability to follow instructions will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources (paperwork, scanned documents, electronic files) into designated software programs.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data by proofreading and cross-checking information.
Classify and categorize data according to established procedures.
Perform data cleansing tasks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain detailed records of data entry activities.
Prepare reports and summaries as required.
Adhere to company data security protocols and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent typing skills and data entry experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
Experience with data cleansing or verification a plus.
