Summary
As an Account Executive at Standard Chartered Bank, you'll be the face of the bank for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

- Open new accounts, process transactions, and manage day-to-day banking activities for clients efficiently and accurately.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, recommending relevant products and services to meet clients' evolving financial needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the bank's overall growth objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Standard Chartered Bank's products and services, staying abreast of industry trends and regulations.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (For freshers, strong academic performance and demonstrably exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be considered).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a client-facing role (For freshers, relevant internship experience or exceptional performance in sales-related projects can be considered).
- A strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and strong relationships with diverse clientele.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A target-oriented and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience
This role is open to both experienced sales professionals and enthusiastic fresh graduates. For experienced individuals, a minimum of 1 year of demonstrably successful experience in sales or a client-facing role is preferred. However, highly motivated recent graduates with a strong academic background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finance will also be considered.
