Job Summary

The Account Executive will be a vital member of our client relationship management team. You'll be responsible for prospecting for new clients, building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and exceeding sales targets for a variety of banking products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve assigned targets for new client acquisition and existing client growth
• Prospect for new clients through various channels (e.g., referrals, networking events, cold calling)
• Qualify leads and identify client needs through in-depth conversations
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Offer personalized financial solutions based on client needs and risk profiles
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Manage and grow a client portfolio, exceeding sales targets consistently
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or demonstrably relevant experience)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a financial services environment
