Summary

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate support across various back-office functions. Your responsibilities will include data entry, document processing, filing, and other administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes are followed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks meticulously, ensuring all information is captured correctly and consistently.

  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are organized and readily accessible for retrieval.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports (if applicable).
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from colleagues and external parties in a professional and courteous manner.
