Job Summary:

We're seeking a curious and analytical individual to join our dynamic data analytics team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire data analysis lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleansing to analysis, visualization, and reporting. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into data-driven questions, and develop insights that inform strategic decisions. Your strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and ability to communicate complex findings will be instrumental in helping us unlock the power of data for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Acquisition and Preparation:
  • Identify and source data from various internal and external sources (databases, APIs, flat files).
  • Clean, organize, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
  • Utilize data wrangling techniques and tools to prepare data for analysis.
• Data Analysis and Modeling:
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data trends, patterns, and relationships.
  • Develop and apply statistical models and techniques to extract meaningful business insights.
  • Utilize data mining and machine learning algorithms (as your skills develop) to identify hidden patterns and predict future trends.
• Data Visualization and Communication:
  • Create compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Present data findings and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Develop strong storytelling skills to translate complex data into a compelling narrative.
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
  • Work effectively with internal teams (developers, business analysts) and external clients to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify data-driven solutions to business problems.
  • Maintain a solution-oriented approach and overcome data-related challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in data.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
