Summary

As a Computer Programmer at Tech Mahindra, you'll be at the forefront of technological innovation, developing and implementing high-quality software solutions. Your daily tasks will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from understanding project requirements to writing, testing, and debugging code. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to understand software requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding best practices and standards.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure code functionality and identify and rectify errors.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, utilizing analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest programming languages, technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (For freshers, strong academic performance in relevant subjects and demonstrably exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills will be considered).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development (For freshers, relevant internship experience or exceptional performance in personal projects can be considered).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
• Strong understanding of coding principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team environment.
• A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.

Experience

This role is open to both experienced software developers and enthusiastic fresh graduates. For experienced individuals, a minimum of 1 year of demonstrably successful experience in software development is preferred.
